Erin helped me find my wedding dress. She is great at her job. She listened what I wanted in a dress and stayed in my budget. She helped me pin everything and was very attentive. Her customer service skills and her patience is excellent. I had a hard time deciding which dress I wanted and tried on literally 15-20 dresses because they all were so pretty. I had one dress that I really liked. However, I actually ended up going to another bridal shop and they did not treat me well at all and their selections were not like B2B and the person who helped me was terrible. I ended coming back to B2B to purchase the dress that I originally thought i was going to buy.

Everyone at B2B was great. The shop is beautiful, clean and just excellent. The dresses were displayed nicely and not bunched up. I can't wait to get my dress and wear it for our wedding.

I CANNOT RAVE ENOUGH ABOUT ERIN, my wedding consultant! Before your appointment, you can fill out a questionnaire about what you're looking for and send them your Pinterest page of dresses. When I arrived for my appointment, she already had all of these dresses ready for me to try on and said, "I went through your Pinterest and these are the dresses that look similar to what you want and are in your price range!" I could not believe how easy she made it. THE SECOND DRESS I TRIED ON WAS THE ONE I CHOSE! She made the entire process flawless, asked me questions to get to know me and was all made possible by her hard work before I even showed up. As someone who does not like to shop, Erin got me in and out of there within 50 minutes and found me the PERFECT dress in my budget.

We ended up scheduling a private fitting for picking out my dresses. It was so special! We got the royal treatment with the best little treats and snacks. Monica was great in helping me pick out not one, but TWO perfect dresses for the big day. Her team was incredibly helpful and prompt with responses to emails, changing little details, and scheduling fittings. Oksana was wonderful in making alterations to my dresses and really fitting them to my body. She also went out of her way to make appointments that fit my crazy schedule. I can not tell you how amazing these people are. My fiancé and I had originally visited tuxedo den and that all went down the toilet when they started changing their price on us. A friend told us that Bride to be Couture had started doing tuxes too and you wouldn't even know it. They were extremely professional and friendly and they knew exactly what they were doing. The tuxedos that we got were perfect and just need some minor adjustments to the sleeves. They were very accommodating. I just absolutely loved my experience at Bride to be Couture. Hillary was my consultant and she truly went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect gown. I had already tried on a few dresses before coming in and had put another dress on hold. Hillary listened very carefully to what I was looking for and was very respectful of my budget. She identified a gown that I loved, but with the other dress still in the back of my mind I was not ready to commit right then and there. When it came time to end the appointment Hillary gave me options and let me know I was welcomed to come back the next day. I did end up going back to Bride to be Couture the next day and Hillary gave me the full bridal experience. My entourage and I were thrilled to have finally found the perfect dress. I originally went to David's Bridal a few days earlier to try on some different styles of wedding gowns and left feeling discouraged for my upcoming salon appointment.
