  • We recommend cleaning your gown within a month after wearing it. If left dirty, it can mix with other chemicals and begin to fade and break down.

  • Yes absolutely! You can bring shoes, veil, hanger, gloves, garter, overskirt, ring pillow, and even extra fabric. You can even have your mother’s gown restored, and add personalization of wedding dates and photos.

  • SYSTEMK4 is an all-natural cleaning method that gently cares for your gown and its delicate fabrics. Unlike regular dry cleaning that uses harsh chemicals, SYSTEMK4 offers a safer and more effective way to clean, removing stains and safeguarding your gown. This process focuses on specialized care for the best results.

  • Your gown may take 8-12 weeks to clean and preserve properly. This allows for careful attention to detail. Please consider this timeline when bringing in and collecting your gown. We also offer direct shipping to you!

  • You will have a 100 year warranty that protects your gown against yellowing. If you feel your gown has at all yellowed or stained during that time, they’ll preserve it again at no charge.

  • It’s important to remember to keep your gown away from direct sunlight and humidity. The gown is placed in an acid free box that allows it to breathe through the box.  Storing under your bed or in your closet is an ideal place for your gown.
