TERMS & CONDITIONS

Customer acknowledges that by paying, an order will be placed immediately for agreed upon products and/or services listed in “Items” at agreed upon price listed in “Adj Price”. ALL PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS, AND FEES are final and are neither refundable or exchangeable. No Exceptions. By signing this agreement you are forfeiting your right to dispute any charges with your financial institution.

  • I am solely responsible for ensuring contact information and event date on this form are correct as all notifications will be sent to the email address and phone number above

  • I agree with the designer, style, color and size for each item ordered. I understand that custom measurements and/or custom length may not be exact, and that Bride To Be Couture is not responsible for any change in size that may occur after I have initially been measured. I understand that dye lots may vary from swatches.

  • I understand that alterations to the merchandise may be necessary and that alterations will incur a separate charge. I understand that any alterations or modifications to items purchased are ultimately my responsibility unless otherwise outlined in the "Order Notes" of this agreeement. I understand that Bride To Be Couture offers on-site alterations and dry cleaning amenities as a service to our customers, however all alterations, dry cleaning and preservations are performed by third party contractors, therefore Bride To Be Couture assumes no liability for any alteration or dry cleaning inaccuracies or errors. If less than eight weeks are alloted for alterations, rush fees will apply. Alteration appointment cancellations are subject to $50 fee. In order for alterations to begin, I understand that both the full balance of my gown and the total of alterations must be paid in full. If an alterations appointment is completed, and alterations are not followed through with, a $75 pinning fee will occur.

  • I understand that the last credit card used on my account will be charged the full remaining balance on my invoice upon the actual arrival date of my merchandise. If any changes wish to be made to which credit card is charged, I am solely responsible for contacting Bride To Be Couture to make these changes before merchandise arrives. I understand that any given shipping dates are estimates given by the designer, and are subject to change, without notice.

  • Bride To Be Couture has a 3 business day period in which we reserve to receive and inspect a gown before notification to customer.

  • I understand that if "Items" are not picked up within 14 days after notification of merchandise arrival to Bride To Be Couture, I will incur a $500 storage fee which will automatically be charged to the last credit card used. If the Storage Fee is charged either voluntarily or automatically, my merchandise can be stored by Bride To Be Couture until listed event date. If any merchandise is left unclaimed in the boutique past the "Event Date" stated above, the merchandise becomes the property of Bride To Be Couture, and any of my deposits or payments are forfeited. I understand that in the event my wedding is cancelled or postponed, I am still responsible for the full payment of my merchandise.

  • I understand that when purchasing a floor sample item, it is sold in "as is" condition. The cost of any fixing and cleaning will be my responsibility.

  • If anyone other than yourself is making a payment on your behalf, they too are bound by all terms stated in the above sales agreement.

  • I have read and understand all Store Policies and agree to the terms and conditions therein.
